Program Format

A guided introduction

Your session begins in the boathouse with a warm-up and an introduction to the rowing stroke on indoor rowing machines. This helps your group learn the basics and get comfortable before heading to the water.

Coached on-water experience

Once your group is ready, our coaches will take you onto the reservoir in safe and stable boats. Depending on your group size, we may divide you into crews and, if you like, organize a short and friendly race. It is a great way to encourage teamwork and celebrate a shared accomplishment.

Inclusive and adaptable

We welcome groups of all sizes and backgrounds. Sessions are tailored to match the goals and comfort level of your group, whether you want a relaxed outing, a team-building challenge, or a more technical rowing experience.

Prerequisites

No experience necessary

Must know how to swim.

All equipment is provided.

Cost

On-water sessions: $25 per person

Off-water (erging) sessions: $17.50 per person

Maximum of 24 participants per session

Booking policies

One-time sessions require a three-hour minimum and are well suited for corporate team-building events. Maximum of 24 participants per session.

Due to the technical nature of rowing, school and sport groups are encouraged to book a series of three sessions, each 90 minutes to two hours in length.

Daytime weekday sessions are available, with limited weekend availability.
