Our clubhouse in North Glenmore Park offers a beautiful, flexible venue for your next gathering. The banquet room is available year-round for events such as wedding receptions, birthday or anniversary parties, business meetings, seminars, luncheons, or relaxed fitness and wellness sessions like yoga or meditation.
What we offer
A scenic, non-smoking venue with views of the reservoir:
Seating for up to 80 guests for dinner service, or up to 100 guests for theatre-style seminars or standing cocktail receptions.
A small kitchen equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot-water kettle. You are welcome to bring your own caterer or food.
Banquet tables and chairs: 10 round 5′ tables, approximately 12 long rectangular tables, 90 banquet chairs.
A projector screen for presentations or media display (available at no extra charge).
Washroom and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Please note: the upper deck is not wheelchair accessible.
Option to use our outdoor upper deck from May through October. Additional seating not provided, renters will need to supply their own outdoor furniture.
Rental Details
Rentals are offered for a full day, evening only, or by the hour (minimum 4-hour booking). Please note: hourly rentals are not available on Friday or Saturday evenings.
Rental rates vary depending on group size, event type, timing, and any extra services requested (e.g. setup/teardown, janitorial service).
After-event janitorial service is available for an additional fee. If requested, or required, we can also arrange table and chair setup or teardown service.
Planning Notes
Food and catering are permitted. You may use any outside caterer or bring your own meals. The hall does not supply dishes, glassware, cutlery, or linens.
If you plan to serve alcohol, you are responsible for obtaining the proper permit (e.g. from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission) and required insurance.
Parking can become limited during peak summer months. There are additional parking lots throughout North Glenmore Park within walking distance of the clubhouse. On certain days city-wide events may affect parking availability. We encourage you to review available parking before your event.
