Westside Rec is offering a special spin class to the CRC! You get THREE (3!) spin classes for just $21! That's what most gyms charge for just one session!!

WHEN: Wednesday Mornings @ 6:00 - 6:55, March 20, 27, April 3

WHERE: Westside Rec Centre (www.westsiderec.com)

WHAT: spin classes on top-of-the-line bikes in front of a virtual screen! You can race against Lance, doping or non!

WHO: We need 20 people minimum in order to keep the $21 cost. Everyone's welcome, CRC or non!

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE ATTENDED THE FIRST SPIN SERIES TO ATTEND THESE THREE AND VICE VERSA.
