Club Program

The Club Program offers an environment for athletes over the age of 19 to develop, improve and gain speed on the water in a supportive and positive environment. Training is daily, to weekly, as intense as the rower would like to push themselves and surrounded around building life long fitness. 


Club Team Groups

Club Development

Who?
Athletes that have completed the Learn to Row or Novice program or have limited experience rowing and need to build skills in sculling boats

What To Expect?
This program will be a season long program. Athletes can move to the Club Tech or Club Comp program once they have reached certain competencies in a small boat and are confident to participate in more structured workouts.



Club Technical

Who?
Athletes in this group are comfortable rowing in all types of sculling boats from a single to a quad. Some sweep rowing opportunities are available.

What To Expect?
Interval based workouts with a mix of technique based workouts. These sessions are geared towards athletes that would like a great full-body workout. Athletes in this program may sometimes choose to compete at local and national regattas.



Club Competitive

Who?
Athletes in this group are comfortable rowing in all types of sculling boats from a single to a quad. Some sweep rowing opportunities are available. A higher training intensity than that of Tech.

What To Expect?
Competitive, structured workouts aimed at preparing athletes for competition
