Try Something New!Great way to experience a new sport and meet like-minded people in a fun, safe environment! No experience required: Our coaches will teach you everything you need to know about boat handling, rowing commands, basic rowing technique and boat safety! We will teach you in stable beginner style boat with the opportunity to explore rowing in a crew boat. Athletes will have the opportunity to try a vast array of shell types. It's a perfect introduction to the sport. Cost per person: $230+Tax (includes the $52.25 Rowing Canada membership fee) |

What to Expect |
Weekday LTR4 x 2hr sessions Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday 10 AM - 12PM Session 1: We will teach you indoor rowing technique, go over boat handling, the parts of the boat and take a boat down to the water and practice our balance and newfound rowing skills on the in our tubbie singles. Session 2: We will revisit the boat skills and continue developing on-water rowing skills. Session 3: We will practice our rowing skills on the water. Session 4: We will practice our rowing skills on the water. | Weekend LTR2 x 3hr sessions Session 1 Part 1: We will teach you indoor rowing technique, go over boat handling, the parts of the boat and take a boat down to the water and practice our balance and newfound rowing skills on the in our tubbie singles.
